Terms and conditions
All beverages must be purchased from The Grange, subject to our premises license holder and designated premises license holder Nathan Higgins. A penalty of £3,000 applies to the customer for a breech of this license. Bringing in alcoholic beverages onto our premises or grounds are strictly prohibited. This extends to the car park, the perimeter gates of the building, and interior of the building. Legal action may be taken. Our premises license and personal alcohol license is protected by these laws which we must abide by to maintain our venues facilities and services. Please respect them. Thank you.
Corkage charges. If you would like to supply your own beverages, we can apply a corkage charge, chill, store and manage the drinks for you for a pre arranged charge. This can be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to your event. You will receive a receipt, payments made no later than 7 days before your event in full.
Damage deposit. A damage deposit of £150 is required to hire our venue. This is refundable 7 days after your event subject to inspection of premises, damage report and inventory check. All we ask is that our venue is left in the condition it was hired to you. Damages to our facilities and property will be deducted from the damage deposit if required.

We include projector, sound system and car parking with every package for venue hire.
Hire prices, packages below are based on 9-5 or 5-12 hire. Full day Venue Hire, Function Room 9am-12pm is £250, with lounge and bar facility £300.
Package #1 Self catering venue hire. Function room only £150
add entire venue £25, total £175 includes bar and service staff.
Package #2 Grange catering & venue hire. Function room only no bar £125
With lounge and bar service exclusive hire £150 (private venue).
Package #3 Workshop/function room by the hour minimum 2 hours
£25 per hour. Add tea coffee unlimited refills £2.00 per person.
Package #4 Kids party 3G football package £65 to book. Includes: 1 hour 3G football-maximum 20 children, footballs, nets, bibs, cones, party manager included. 1 hour party private function room. Add our party meal, beef burger/hot dog/veggie burger and chips £3.60 each, jugs of squash £3 (serves 8 kids) or regular bar options.
